Do I need to book a timed entry ticket?

Yes. Every visit needs a timed entry ticket, which is free with an active Annual Pass. Book online in advance; a limited number of walk-up tickets may be available, and you should arrive at your stated time or soon after.

Why do I need an Annual Pass?

Who gets in free?

Children under 18 go free, as do carers and companions of disabled visitors, TfL staff and nominees with ID, and LTM Friends and Patrons. Free visitors still need to book a free timed slot.
